Airpura G600 uses 18 lbs of brand new German-sourced activated carbon. It incorporates more carbon in its bed to ensure that it is fully odor-free. You can also switch to the Airpura V600 filter with 83 percent coconut shell carbon and 17 percent potassium iodide to speed up the binding of chemicals and gasses more quickly.
The Airpura G600 has great efficiency in capturing all airborne particles down to 0.3 microns, also in an extra-large area of 500 square feet.

Airpura said that you can use any Airpura air purifier, including the Airpura G600, in a vast area of 2,000 square feet, given that you only have 2 air exchanges per hour.

Sound Production of Airpura G600
Despite its high fan power and pure performance, the Airpura G600 makes an acceptable amount of noise at the lowest speed possible. The sound level is just 25 decibels so it's almost like a whisper to your ears.
At the maximum speed, however, the noise level of Airpura G600 can be up to 61 decibels. It is acceptable for an air purifier with a CADR rating of 560 cfm.
Please note that since it's mechanical, it might be variable. If you mostly run the air purifier at the highest speed, make sure you're not disturbed by the noise.
