      All moulded style filters now considered a custom build and will take additional time to fulfill.

      MOULDED OR EASY TWIST FILTERS?

      • Moulded filters are generally for units build before year 2015.  They have a flat surface on each end that slides into place.
      • Easy Twist Filters are generally for units build 2015 and after. They have a slight screw grove on the bottom end. The top end has a pair of hands. You slide in then twist them to lock in place.
      • There are older units from around 2006 and before that were called the 4000 units and some were built for a company called Beam. Amaircare rebranded to the 3000 around 2006 but filters are the same. These older units take the 3000 Moulded Style filters.

      HOW AMAIRCARE SELLS THE FILTERS

      • The stage 1 (prefilter) and stage 3 (carbon filter) are only sold in combination in Annual kits.
      • The stage 2 (HEPA filter) is sold separately.  Recommended change is every 3-5 years.

      There are 3 different Annual filter kits to choose from for 3 different needs. Stage 3 filter type is interchangeable so any of the kits will work with your unit regardless of which one you have now.

      STANDARD KIT: PARTICULATE AND LIGHT ODORS FOCUS

      • 3 carbon prefilters - change every 4 months
      • 2 acti-carbon inner blankets - change every 6  months
      • Does not include HEPA

      STANDARD PLUS KIT: PARTICULATE AND VOC / CHEMICALS FOCUS

      • 3 carbon prefilters - change every 4 months
      • 1 VOC Blend 7 lb x 16 inch diameter Carbon Cannister - Change annually

    To be eligible for a 100% refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

    In the case you used the product and you would like to return it, you will be responsible for the shipping fee and a restocking fee might apply.

    In the rare case that a product becomes faulty or a buyer receives a product with defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 30 days of receiving the item.     The warranty is considered active from the date of the original purchase by the end-user if made through an authorized dealer or agent. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.     This warranty applies to units or parts, which are proven to be defective by reason only of faulty workmanship or materials. In this instance, we will, at their discretion, repair or replace the part or product free of charge in accordance with the aforementioned guidelines. Shipping costs to the factory are the responsibility of the end-user, but the unit will be shipped back to the end-user at the company's expense.

    This warranty does not apply in the case of damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or to damage which has resulted from improper installation, adaptation, modification or use inconsistent with the air purifiers operating and maintenance instructions, normal wear, acts of God (flood, fire, etc.) or to damage which has occurred during shipping. Units damaged during shipping must be immediately reported to HealthyBreeze and the shipping carrier.

    We will not be considered liable under this warranty for any fault or damage arising from defective workmanship if the product has been serviced, modified or repaired by any person other than an authorized technician.

    All products returned for service or repair must be accompanied with a Return Authorization number (RA). The RA number must be clearly visible on the external packaging.
